What to love about living here

Favorite morning coffee: Best lattes cross the street at Cherry Street Coffee.
Best Run / Errands Routine: Run through the Olympic Sculpture Garden down to the water views of the Elliot Bay trail.  A walking bridge will take you to Queen Anne. Catch a yoga class, run errands (drug store, post office), or bring groceries home from Metropolitan Market. There are also great nail salons along the way for a night out prep.
Favorite Quiet streets:  Clay street with the cute cobble stones, walk down three blocks to the Olympic Sculpture Garden or the other way on Alaskan Way toward Pike Street and the Water Park. You'll pass by the piers, and the aquarium with crafts vendors along the way. Out-of-town visitors can't get enough of the Crab Pot restaurant near the water park with the views and seafest buckets.

Fun day of Cafe / Bar / Restaurant hopping: Do some work at Cherry Street in the morning, walk to Post Alley to enjoy the Elliot Bay views at the Pink Door terrace. Have friends meet you for an IPA and steak salad at Cyclops on the way home. Then maybe get convinced to go Karaokeing in Queen Anne.

Weekend Trip:  Walk 3 blocks to board your seaplane to Victoria BC and spend a weekend shopping, historical sites and restaurants. Buy a Clipper Vacations seaplane ticket online walk 3 blocks to board it from the condo.

Building Amenities: Conference room for a WFH meeting, really great internet and no one is ever there!
Packages care: they're held in the mailroom when you travel and the concierge will give you a cart for getting big packages up to your unit
Gym and hot tub is always empty - so a great way to get exercise in last minute. Though I've rarely needed it with all the options around.
The courtyard with trees - it's nice to sit there for a minute to decompress on a busy day.
Guest suites - also a lot of availability, great value and my guests really liked being in the same building as me.
