I will explain the entire home buying process from start to finish so there are no surprises. We’ll analyze all of your “wants and needs” to start matching the best properties for you, and I’ll show you my strategy to ensure we don’t miss anything coming on the market. It’s also your chance to “interview” me, and we’ll decide if we’re the right fit to work together. It’s absolutely essential to trust and feel comfortable with your real estate agent.
I will personally schedule appointments for homes that match your needs so we can get into tour them when they hit the market. I can also preview properties you’re interested in and send you the details to save you time.
Once we find a property, we’ll put together a winning offer, and I will personally deliver it to the seller’s agent (with a box of Hello Robin cookies) because every detail matters!
When your offer is accepted, I will track all of the contingencies, including meeting the home appraiser in person to make sure they have the best market data to use in their report. I coordinate communications between all parties involved and work closely with the closing team to make sure you get into your new home on time!
