Here’s the timeline for a Seattle, Washington move before the holidays.

A typical closing in King County takes about 30 days from contract. If you go under contract in the next few weeks, you could be unpacking in Madrona, Madison Park or downtown Bellevue before Seattle is fully lit up for the holidays.
